Hi, I'm Hinda a UX designer based in Sheffield with a passion for accessible, human centred design.

Before I trained in UX I spent years working directly with people; handling sensitive cases at the UK Home Office, supporting vulnerable clients through immigration processes, and more recently providing daily care for children with special educational needs. That frontline experience taught me how people behave when they're confused or overwhelmed by a system that wasn't designed with them in mind.

That's exactly the problem I want to solve through design.

I trained at General Assembly where I developed skills across the full UX process user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and information architecture. I've recently completed IBM's UX Research and Information Architecture course, and I'm actively building my portfolio with a focus on health tech and accessibility.

I care deeply about designing experiences that are clear, inclusive, and genuinely useful especially for people with additional needs or those navigating complex digital systems for the first time. I believe accessibility isn't a feature you add at the end. It's how you design from the start.

I'm currently looking for junior UX design roles in health tech or accessibility focused organisations, ideally in Manchester or remote.
